As I said last week, no comic due to going out of state for my cousin’s wedding.  Sure enough, this comic was finished an hour after midnight on Sunday, so you can probably tell how busy I was the rest of the time as well!  The wedding was pretty awesome – it was black and white themed and was in the woods.  I helped a ton with setup because it’s my twin cousin, but at least we had more than an hour to set up, as opposed to when I helped my former roommate with her wedding just a month ago!

This is the second comic in a row that is under the 6 panel amount that feels like a good amount of comic to me, but just as with the last one, I hope I made up with it with the amount of drawing involved.  In fact, this one is larger than the previous comics and has a lot more detail in that last panel!  Speaking of that panel, it was originally a gorilla, but while drawing this comic today, an orangutan felt like it would be funnier somehow.  Seeing the final product, I think Past Me is a pretty cool dude who has some ideas that are really worth listening to.  That primate was also on the correct side of the cage in the original, but again I went with what seemed funnier in the moment!  (I just hope the larger size uploads correctly and doesn’t make me have to poke around the website for hours again.)

Next week’s comic has a ton of scenes, so let’s hope that doesn’t take forever to draw as well.
