Oh boy, this comic is a long time coming!  I had some time off of my “day” job, which meant I had to spend most of my waking hours at my other jobs to stay afloat until paychecks started coming in.  Now that things have stabilized a little I’ll be able to get comics out fairly quicker, although a little blah blah, shameless Patreon plug.

The artwork was needlessly difficult for this one too.  I just couldn’t get the doctor’s arm in the third panel to look right.  Whenever I upload the original scans you’ll be able to see the weird angle I originally had his arm, but for the final version I wanted to make it look … possible!  The arm started out as being awkward and in the wrong spot –

Then things just started to get just plain silly.

My roommate was laughing as I sent her these failed attempts, and eventually I took a few days off from it and got the hand and arm position in the final version pretty quickly!  I’m finally beginning to understand all of those comic authors’ excuses I’ve read over the years.  Stay tuned for even more excuses!
